Students found the nomination as a great opportunity

Six university students have received teacher assistant demonstrator title in the Chapel of Lyceum and two additional students have been awarded the title for this semester

Dr. Tibor Juhász, vice-rector for science, research and international affairs, welcomed the young people and first analyzed and interpreted the role of the demonstrator. He said that by assigning the granted students to the faculty's teaching and research activities, they become colleagues of their teachers.

In his statement he also explained why this year, opposed to previous years, only teaching assistant demonstrator titles have been handed over. It turned out that the New National Excellence Program provides a great framework for appointing teaching assistant demonstrators at the University of Eszterházy Károly in accordance with the faculty requirements. In this semester, the eight students will work on three faculties: the Faculty of Economics, the Faculty of Humanities and Natural Sciences.

Mercédes Tóth has not been able to get a demonstration appointment for the first time and has been working for the Institute of Language and Literature for some time. She has admitted that, apart from being able to hold some lessons, he also organizes various events, such as the Magyar Szakhét. According to Mercédes, the only such students are applying this position who are sufficiently ambitious and don't  consider the appointment as an additional task but instead as an opportunity to be included in the university education.

Ádám Árvai became a demonstrator at the Faculty of Economics as an economist teacher. His primary task is to help his fellow students in their career, for example, in accomplishing objects, even in research, as a mentor of the Scientific Student Conference. You consider this to be a great opportunity, because in this way you can not only attend the lessons on the university side.

Educational Assistant demonstrator title has been granted to:

  • Ádám Árvai - Institute of Economics Department of Economics
  • Martin Bettenbuk Martin - Department of Information Technology, Department of Mathematics and Informatics
  • Zsuzsanna Fehér Rózsa - Department of Information Technology, Department of Mathematics and Informatics
  • Kamilla Fodor - Department of Geography and Environmental Sciences Department of Natural Geography and Geoinformatics
  • Renown Kazinczi - Department of Information Technology, Department of Mathematics and Informatics
  • Laczkó Vivien - Department of Philosophy
  • Lantos Vivien - Institute of Economics Department of Economics
  • Mercedesz Tóth - Institute of Language and Literature Department of Hungarian Literature
